Two laws and duality in the Bible:

The laws of God: the law of faith worketh righteousness, the law of deeds worketh wrath (Romans 4:15).  Hebrews 4:12 compares the word of God to a twoedged sword. Where twoedged means having a double mouth.  Going deeper into the meaning of that, it says the word of God has two meanings (double mouthed), hence the duality.   Revelation, in various places, speaks of a sword with two edges and a sharp sword coming out of the mouth of the Lord.   This sword of the mouth [or sword of words] can breed the law of deeds or the law of faith that worketh to love and righteousness.

The first mention of a sword in the Bible is in Genesis 3:24 where is says a “flaming sword which turned every way” keeps the way of the tree of life.  The meaning of “turned every way” can be to change and transform.  If the sword that keeps the way of the tree of life is words, as in the word of God [as other parts of the bible compare the sword], this word of God changes and transforms into new meaning, possibly before your very eyes.  The duality of the word of God is revealed.  From one viewpoint it is the law of deeds which worketh wrath, from another viewpoint it transforms into the law of faith.  Hence the meaning of the flaming sword which turns and changes. To follow the way of the tree of life, the word must be read, seen, and understood to be a twoedged sword with variable meanings hidden beneath, of which one may be the way of the tree of life.

Is it a coincidence that when you take the letter “s” from sword and move it to the end of the word, it becomes “words”?
